Capgemini is seeking a skilled Informatica professional to lead and execute the migration of ETL workflows from Informatica PowerCenter to Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS). The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SAP integration, XML data processing, and Java transformations, along with a strong understanding of cloud data architecture and ETL best practices.

Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end migration of ETL jobs from PowerCenter to IICS
Analyze existing PowerCenter mappings, workflows, and sessions to design equivalent IICS components
Develop and optimize IICS mappings, tasks, and processes
Integrate IICS with SAP systems using Informatica connectors and BAPI/RFC calls
Handle complex XML data structures and transformations within IICS
Re-engineer Java transformations from PowerCenter to IICS-compatible logic
Collaborate with business analysts, data architects, and QA teams to ensure data integrity and performance
Document migration strategy, technical specifications, and test plans
Provide post-migration support and troubleshooting

Required

7+ years of experience in Informatica PowerCenter and IICS
Proven experience in migrating ETL workflows from PowerCenter to IICS
Strong knowledge of SAP integration using Informatica (IDocs, BAPI, RFC)
Proficiency in handling XML files and transformations
Experience with Java transformations and ability to refactor them for IICS
Strong SQL skills and understanding of relational databases
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred

Familiarity with AWS cloud platforms is a plus
