Represent Clinical Programs in the development of A.I. Molecule tracking

Control the inputs and outputs of the A.I. program

Interface with strategy, R&D, and commercial to improve A.I. outputs and dashboards

Leverage A.I. insights to drive growth in spec wins and reduce operational muda

Report Policy Deployment related results monthly

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree in science or adjacent disciplinaries

Proficient in Microsoft tools including CoPilot

Experienced Global Data user and working in a global matrixed environment

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and quality

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

25% travel to EMEA, USCAN, and APAC

Preferred

Master's degree

Hands-on process development

Familiarity with clinical program management

Experience in a global business environments
