They are currently seeking a Technical Support Representative to provide troubleshooting and repair support to customers and installers, while also handling customer service tasks and documentation for process improvement.

Responsibilities
Provides troubleshooting and repair support to installers and customers over the telephone
Instructs installers and customers in equipment installation, operation, and maintenance of equipment and their responsibilities
Provides customer with installer contact information
Makes outbound calls in support of various administrative aspects of the Customer Service Department
Processes orders for accessory purchases and equipment exchanges
Prepares and maintains daily logs and records
Identifies and makes recommendations for product and process improvement
Qualification
Required
Basic understanding of electronics and communications systems
Technical knowledge of installing and repairing electronic systems
Good written and verbal communication skills
Previous troubleshooting experience
PC literacy, including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point, ERP (Microsoft Dynamics AX)
Ability to learn and stay current on new products, systems and services
Ability to work overtime and/or provide after-hours technical support as needed
1+ years Related Field
Preferred
Technical School or Certificate - Preferred Electronics
Spanish speaker is a plus, but not required
