Lead clinical operations across assigned disciplines

Set annual performance goals aligned with organizational objectives

Oversee performance evaluations and development plans for clinical staff

Drive staff retention and development initiatives

Hire and train clinical personnel

Develop and implement orientation, onboarding, and ongoing education programs

Develop annual operating goals and budgets in collaboration with leadership

Monitor and control departmental costs within budget parameters

Support new clinical service line development and reimbursement compliance

Educate staff on documentation standards and charge code usage

Collaborate with practice management on quality initiatives and regulatory compliance

Lead implementation of care delivery best practices

Evaluate and optimize patient care standards with attention to cost, safety, and diversity
