Customer Experience Training Coordinator

Dometic is a global market leader in the mobile living industry, seeking a passionate Customer Experience Training Coordinator within their Customer Experience capability. This role is pivotal in designing, coordinating, and delivering training programs that empower customer-facing teams to provide high-quality service.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement training programs for customer service, technical support, and sales teams focused on customer experience excellence
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, HR, and Operations) to ensure training content reflects current products, systems, and customer expectations
Facilitate onboarding sessions for new hires and ongoing development workshops for existing staff
Monitor training effectiveness through feedback, performance metrics, and customer satisfaction data; recommend improvements accordingly
Maintain and update training materials, manuals, and e-learning modules using Dometic’s learning management system (LMS)
Coordinate logistics for training sessions, including scheduling, materials preparation, and communication with participants
Support the rollout of new tools, systems, or processes that impact customer interactions
Champion a culture of continuous learning and customer-first thinking across the organization
Travel is required for this position

Required

Bachelor's degree in a related field; in lieu of a bachelor's degree, a high school diploma with significant work-related experience will be considered
Strong background and experience with training coordination, customer service, or learning & development—preferably in a manufacturing, retail, or consumer goods environment
Must thrive in a fast-paced environment and be results driven
Strong facilitation and presentation skills, both in-person and virtual
Proficiency with LMS platforms, Microsoft Office Suite, and digital collaboration tools
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Passion for enhancing customer experiences and empowering teams

Preferred

Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design
Good knowledge of RVs, basic electricity, and Dometic products
