Responsibilities
Collaborate with Project Manager to coordinate full project team (including consultants) and project deliverables (including specifications), ensuring the quality of all contract documents
Project Team resource for technical guidance to resolve design issues while maintaining design intent
Collaborate with Project Manager to directly supervise the teams’ design and technical delivery
Present technical and design solutions to the entire project team including the client
Facilitate open team communication with all levels of project team – Internal Team, Owners, Contractors, Consultants and Authorities Having Jurisdiction
Coordinate all Construction Administration processes
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Professional degree in Architecture or related field
15+ years of experience
Experience working in Revit
