Responsibilities

Respond to the technical needs of several local mixed-use commercial facilities

Perform regular inspections of equipment and systems at several facilities

Skilled with carpentry, tile, drywall, and painting

Preventative maintenance of a wide variety of equipment. Ensure equipment operates at maximum efficiency

Respond to emergency situations in a timely manner

Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair equipment as required

Adhere to all safety and OSHA regulations

Participate in in-house and off-site training as required
