Responsibilities

Review setup, blueprints, and work order instructions to determine plating requirements and equipment settings

Load and unload production panels from plating lines

Set up, operate, and monitor plating equipment, including automated copper plating lines and other electroplating machinery

Monitor and adjust process parameters to maintain product quality

Perform quality checks to ensure product conformance to specifications

Conduct routine maintenance on plating equipment and replace filter materials as needed

Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following all safety protocols for chemical handling

Work collaboratively with technicians, engineers, and other team members to ensure efficient production flow

Maintain accurate records of production output, parameters, and quality inspection results

Adhere to safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment
