Responsibilities

Keep our large-scale, cloud-based systems (GCP and/or AWS) reliable, available, and scalable
Diagnose and resolve complex system issues, proactively improving performance and uptime
Streamline software releases with robust CI/CD pipelines and automation
Collaborate across teams to enhance operational efficiency using SRE best practices
Participate in on-call rotations and mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of resilience and continuous improvement

Required

5+ years of site reliability engineering experience, with a strong background in distributed systems and cloud infrastructure
Proficiency in programming, scripting, and automation
Hands-on experience with Terraform, Ansible, and CI/CD tools
Deep knowledge of monitoring and observability (e.g., Dynatrace, Prometheus), and a solid grasp of incident response and post-mortem analysis
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset—you thrive in fast-paced, cross-functional environments
