Responsibilities
Build strong relationships with prospective buyers through proactive outreach and follow-up
Guide customers through the entire home buying journey—from first visit to contract signing to closing
Conduct model home tours and present community features with confidence and clarity
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless and exceptional customer experience
Meet and exceed monthly sales goals in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
Qualification
Required
3+ years of professional sales experience with demonstrated history of success meeting and exceeding quotas and earning commissions
Top performers have come from luxury sales, pharmaceuticals, high-end auto, or cellular sales
A competitive mindset and a self-starter attitude—you don't wait for opportunities, you create them
Resilience—you handle rejection with professionalism and bounce back quickly
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to work weekends and holidays—because that's when buyers are shopping
Drug Testing and Credit Check are required
Applicants must be legally entitled to work in the United States, as NVR does not provide visa sponsorships
Preferred
New home sales experience is a plus, but not required
