Mid LevelLouisville Presbyterian Theological Seminary is seeking a Grant Program Manager to support its mission and the Louisville Institute. This role is responsible for managing grants and fellowships, guiding applicants through the grantmaking lifecycle, and providing administrative support to Selection Committees.

Guiding applicants through the full grantmaking lifecycle—from inquiry and application to post-award activities and final reporting
Providing administrative support to Selection Committees during the proposal adjudication process
Some travel is required, including support for the Executive Director at seminars and gatherings related to grants and fellowships
Qualification
Required
Experience in grant management or a related field
Strong organizational and project management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and grant management software
Willingness to travel as required
Preferred
Experience working with nonprofit organizations
Familiarity with the Lilly Endowment Inc. and its grantmaking processes
Knowledge of theological education or related fields
