Responsibilities
Mentoring and monitoring the Firm’s legal support staff and legal pipeline to ensure cases make progress to deadlines and milestones
Ensuring work on cases is fully funded and that clients/matters do not languish or fall through the cracks
Qualification
Required
minimum 7 years' recent experience in family law
integrity
team player
strong administrative skills
Paralegal Certificate
at least 7 years of recent California Family Law paralegal experience
management/project lead experience
proven track record of being able to manage a caseload and corresponding deadlines
ability to prioritize tasks
substantive knowledge and experience needed to hit the ground running as a superstar Family Law Paralegal
great attitude
eagerness to learn
willingness to roll up your sleeves and help wherever it's needed
Preferred
bilingual and can speak English and Spanish
