Responsibilities
Research and draft legal memoranda
Draft materials related to Board meetings, including memoranda, resolutions, and minutes
Review and draft contracts related to mutual fund operations
Review and draft disclosures for shareholder reports
Perform legal research and analysis on securities law issues
Adhere to department and company policies and procedures, including confidentiality
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Preferred
Qualified candidates must be in law school, pursuing a JD, preferably with an interest in securities law or the financial services industry
Effective problem-solving skills
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work as a team member
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and technology skills
