Responsibilities
Perform a variety of tasks for the land development team to include: lender reports, & other documents; processing permits; maintaining files & records; budget report review
Update & maintain accurate project development budgets at the direction of the Land Development Manager
Invoice coding & processing
Production of contracts, purchase orders, change orders & contract exhibits at the direction of the Land Development Manager
Ensure that protocols are followed for all contracts, purchase orders, change orders, & invoices
Prepare monthly expense reports
Run monthly vendor insurance reports
Assist with all aspects of land development, acquisitions and land/lot purchases
Assist with land permit processing, track permit status, and submit permit extension requests as needed
Maintain records of plats, engineering plans, permits, and contracts
Monitor expiration dates and renewal requirements for permits and bonds
Serve as liaison between field operations and office personnel
Oversee file, setup, distribution and maintenance
All other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Valid Drivers License
Must be able to pass background check and drug screening
Preferred
Associate or bachelor's degree preferred (business, construction management or other related field)
2–5 years of experience in land development, construction administration, or real estate preferred
Knowledge of municipal permitting and development processes
Familiarity with construction loan draw processes and financial reporting
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and project tracking systems
Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
