Overseeing the full scope of the credit union’s consumer, real estate, and commercial lending, as well as collection operations
Developing and implementing loan policies and loan products
Setting consumer and mortgage loan pricing
Applying risk analytics to guide credit extension and evaluate loan performance
Managing the collections department to minimize delinquencies and charge-offs
Ensuring compliance with all applicable lending and debt collection laws and regulations
Evaluating loan portfolio performance
Overseeing day-to-day lending operations
Providing direction to support the credit union’s strategic goals and high-quality member service
Qualification
Required
10 to 15 years of relevant experience
Master's degree or a bachelor's degree with a professional certification such as a CPA
Strong working knowledge of credit union operations and philosophy
