The firm is seeking a full-time experienced Litigation E-Filing and Docketing Specialist to become part of the Managing Attorney’s Office, responsible for electronic court filings and assisting with procedural requirements.

Responsibilities

Performing electronic court filings in federal, state and appellate courts

Assisting with procedural and filing requirements of California state and federal courts

Entering data into the firm's docketing and calendaring system

Monitoring cases and retrieving documents with the use of various online resources

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

Minimum 2-3 years of court e-filing and litigation docketing experience required

Familiarity with California procedural codes, Fed. R. Civ. P. and local court rules and requirements as pertinent to e-filing, docketing and calendaring

Experience with California state court and federal court e-filing

Experience with Court Management System such as CourtAlert, eDockets or CompuLaw

Data entry experience

Westlaw and/or Lexis

Familiarity with Outlook, Word, Excel
