Responsibilities
Assess the existing configuration tools and processes to provide expertise and best practices that could materialize into opportunities across delivery and operations
Own technical analysis, configuration, and development outcomes in coordination with delivery leads, architects, and development leads
Ensure technology outcomes are 'fit for purpose' for business needs
Develop the roadmap of enhancements, modernization and new capability enablement and drive execution of the roadmap across multiple disciplines, teams and trains
Develop ongoing process for insight collection, ongoing intersection into the SDLC and align to the culture of continuous improvement
Define and evolve analysis, configuration, and development standards. Ensure they are well understood within the teams and are consistently being applied
Drive continuous improvements in delivery and operations to improve experience and proactively identify potential areas of concern
Champion best practices of modern, Agile practices for software development methods, tools, and operational oversight
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
7+ years of experience in technical analysis, configuration, software delivery or related fields
Proven track record of leadership in technology with a focus on execution
Deep understanding of technology lifecycle management and technology standards processes
Strong collaboration skills, with a history of working across federated teams and centers for enablement
Proficiency in Agile methodologies, backlog management, and product lifecycle management
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Must hold mandatory AWS certification: AWS Cloud Practitioner
Must Hold Two Or More Mandatory Salesforce Certifications: Salesforce Certified Application Architect, Salesforce Certified Platform Integration Architect, Salesforce Certified Platform Identity and Access Management Architect, Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Certified Agentforce Specialist, Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator II
Preferred
Experience with data governance and enterprise data quality initiatives is highly desirable
Experience with Salesforce and Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
Experience working in complex Salesforce environments, especially Service Cloud
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/S3, Azure) and storage technologies
Strong knowledge of ReactJS, JavaScript frameworks, and SLDS framework
Proficiency in REST/SOAP APIs and other integration tools
Experience leading business, data, system, and technical analysis
Experience with setting best practices and goals for improving code quality, maintainability, security, and scalability
Ability to provide leadership, vision and direction for the Value Stream
Capable of ensuring technical design meets business needs and the impacts to the architectural runway are understood
Capable of driving outcomes are 'fit for purpose' for business needs
