Responsibilities

Designing and executing full-funnel, integrated marketing campaigns that align web, social, email, and paid channels into a cohesive client journey, turning awareness into engagement and engagement into qualified leads
Developing compelling content and creative assets across formats, from automated nurture journeys and landing pages to social campaigns and digital ads, that resonate with prospects and reinforce Janney’s brand promise
Leveraging data and analytics to optimize performance, using CRM and marketing automation tools to track engagement, refine strategy, and continuously improve conversion and retention outcomes
Collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams and partners to ensure campaigns are insight-driven, compliant, and strategically aligned with business priorities
Design strategic content and journey frameworks that drive engagement across the client lifecycle, from awareness to conversion
Map client and prospect journeys, identifying key messaging moments and aligning them with digital marketing and advisor initiatives
Partner with key stakeholders to ensure journeys and nurture programs are implemented effectively
Develop content briefs, messaging strategy, and journey structure to enable segmentation, personalization, and measurement
Develop and maintain a cohesive content strategy and editorial calendar that aligns thought leadership, advisor marketing, and digital campaigns
Lead content development for digital campaigns — including emails, landing pages, social copy, and website assets — aligned with the firm’s client value proposition and business objectives
Write clear, compliant, and engaging copy that drives awareness, engagement, and lead capture
Partner with creative, digital, and compliance teams to translate strategic priorities into polished, client-ready content
Develop content frameworks that support lifecycle marketing and advisor prospecting initiatives
Incorporate SEO and SEM best practices into content strategy to maximize digital visibility and lead generation
Partner with internal stakeholders and agency partners to bring multi-channel campaign concepts to life across email, web, social, and paid media
Ensure campaign assets, messaging, and creative are consistent and connected throughout the client journey
Manage timelines and deliverables for campaign launches, collaborating across marketing, compliance, and field teams
Track campaign engagement, conversion, and content performance metrics
Use insights to refine messaging, creative, and journey design for stronger results
Support reporting on marketing’s contribution to lead generation and client acquisition initiatives

Required

10+ years of experience in digital marketing, content development, or campaign management; experience in financial services required
Expertise in email marketing and automation including journey building, ideally with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Proven ability to write and edit marketing content that drives engagement and aligns with brand standards
Experience collaborating with creative, compliance, and digital marketing partners and agencies to execute campaigns
Understanding of how content and campaigns support lead generation and client conversion goals
Highly organized, collaborative, and proactive; comfortable managing multiple projects and stakeholders
