Driving the team to meet their committed deliverables
Working with engineers, technical leads and managers across the broader organization to assess risk
Communicating status and driving closure to key issues
Using technical expertise to holistically drive complex problems to completion
Scoping work, planning requirements, identifying risks, estimating budgets, and clearly communicating ongoing progress
Qualification
Required
Experience as a Technical Program Manager (TPM) in software verification and validation
Strong technical background
Excellent project management skills
Experience working with highly cross-functional teams
Ability to assess risk and communicate status effectively
Proven track record of driving teams to meet committed deliverables
Experience managing key details across multiple domains
