New Grad, Entry LevelTroon is seeking a Front Desk Attendant to serve as the first point of contact for guests at Chasing Aces Golf in Shreveport, LA. The role involves welcoming guests, managing check-ins, handling reservations, and ensuring a smooth start to their visit while maintaining high service standards.
Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly and provide a friendly, engaging welcome
Assist with check-in, including managing waitlists and reservations
Explain gameplay options, membership programs, and pricing
Process payments accurately and efficiently
Communicate estimated wait times and direct guests accordingly
Maintain a clean and organized check-in area
Answer guest inquiries regarding venue activities, menu offerings, and policies
Work closely with the Guest Services team to ensure a seamless experience
Uphold service and hospitality standards to enhance guest satisfaction
Qualification
Required
Prior customer service, front desk, or hospitality experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
Comfortable handling cash and electronic payments
Positive attitude and ability to engage with guests of all ages
Must be able to stand for extended periods and work in a dynamic setting
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
