Troon is a premier entertainment and golfing venue in Shreveport, and they are seeking a Front Desk Attendant to be the first point of contact for guests. This role involves welcoming guests, managing check-ins, handling reservations, and ensuring a smooth start to their visit.

Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly and provide a friendly, engaging welcome
Assist with check-in, including managing waitlists and reservations
Explain gameplay options, membership programs, and pricing
Process payments accurately and efficiently
Communicate estimated wait times and direct guests accordingly
Maintain a clean and organized check-in area
Answer guest inquiries regarding venue activities, menu offerings, and policies
Work closely with the Guest Services team to ensure a seamless experience
Uphold service and hospitality standards to enhance guest satisfaction
Qualification
Required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
Comfortable handling cash and electronic payments
Positive attitude and ability to engage with guests of all ages
Must be able to stand for extended periods and work in a dynamic setting
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Preferred
Prior customer service, front desk, or hospitality experience
