Product Marketing Manager, Healthcare
Inmar Intelligence is a company focused on innovative solutions in the healthcare sector, and they are seeking a Product Marketing Manager to drive marketing strategies for product launches and manage the current portfolio. This role requires collaboration across various teams to ensure product positioning, customer engagement, and effective go-to-market plans.

Responsibilities
Conduct research, competitive analysis, and gather customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities
Translate customer insights into compelling product positioning, messaging, and sales tools
Collaborate with product management to ensure customer needs influence product development
Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market plans for product launches, working with various teams (product, sales, services, solution architects)
Provide sales collateral, talking points, and marketing support, ensuring timely product launches
Create strong value propositions and messaging tailored for target audiences
Ensure all relevant teams are aligned on product marketing objectives
Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for campaigns and launches, using data to refine strategies
Act as the customer's voice within the organization, partnering with data and product teams to achieve business goals
Contribute to roadmap ideation, gather customer feedback, support prioritization, and assist with revenue projections
Independently gather information to support higher-level decision-making for simple problems
Communicate with internal stakeholders (Product Marketing Managers, leadership, Product Management, Sales, Client Services) and act as the primary contact for product-related questions
Create materials to motivate sales and outbound marketing teams
Deliver executive-level presentations on products/features, collaborating with other Product Marketing Managers and leadership
Develop productive internal and external working relationships
Engage with customers, in partnership with Sales, to present product value and answer launch-related questions, involving Product Management for technical discussions
Collect customer feedback via Sales to inform product strategy, including pricing and packaging
Opportunity to mentor junior team members and assist with training new hires
Performs other assigned duties
Complies with all policies and standards
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
4-6 years (or 3-5 years) of related work experience, preferably marketing financial or technical services for manufacturers or retailers, or an equivalent combination of experience and training
Experience in online advertising or social media marketing is a plus
Proven ability to deliver high-quality presentations
Demonstrated capacity to communicate complex concepts
Ability to approach work with both a product and client mindset
Highly curious and self-learning individual
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google suites
