Responsibilities
Co-own business outcomes with key stakeholders, executing product strategies and roadmaps that directly achieve aggressive growth targets
Fully own the lifecycle of technical improvements by writing detailed PRDs, working closely with engineering, QA, and designers
Drive the product vision and strategy to help achieve and company goals and lead the roadmapping and delivery
Provide customer insights, drive investment in latency, reliability, and throughput for the core technology stack
Deeply understand our business offering, institutional client needs, and the competitive OTC landscape to lead the design of winning solutions
Maintain high fluency with data to extract actionable business and customer insights, ensuring the roadmap is prioritized by impact
Act as the technical point of contact to help clients and sales teams resolve complex inquiries and production issues
Partner closely with the Go-To-Market team to ensure successful product launches and market entry strategies
Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, and Finance teams to ensure all product offerings meet institutional standards and regulatory requirements
Qualification
Required
Minimum 4+ years of progressive experience in Technical Product Management or Technical Program Management within a fast-paced trading environment
Direct experience building/managing derivatives products
Must have 2+ years of experience in brokerage, market-making, or institutional trading, ideally with exposure to foreign exchange (FX) or Crypto, or payment solutions
Deep expertise in building and managing high-performance trading infrastructure
Proficient in collaborating closely with cross-functional stakeholders—Sales, Engineering, Partnerships, Operations, and Compliance—to capture all technical requirements and drive successful product launches
Entrepreneurial mindset, thriving in a high-speed, 24/7 digital asset environment
Strong team orientation and a willingness to operate in the weeds of technical detail
Track record of end-to-end technical ownership and delivering complex, high-impact results
Preferred
Prior experience in the digital assets industry is a significant advantage
Previous experience as an early/founding team member at a growth-stage startup
Possession of an MBA, FRM, or CFA certification would be advantageous
