Responsibilities
Use discrete event simulation to model complex manufacturing processes, including debottlenecking and capacity engineering
Apply consultative skills in customer-facing meetings to understand processes and integrate diverse data sources into RTS software
Develop algorithms for design of experiments, data visualization, optimization, and efficiency improvements
Implement and support RTS software, collaborating with clients to incorporate upgrades and enhancements
Partner with Technology teams on product testing and feature development
Deliver projects within budget and timelines while ensuring customer satisfaction
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree, with 5+ years of relevant experience
Proficiency with discrete event simulation tools (e.g., FlexSim, Simio, Technomatix)
Strong understanding of probability and statistics
Ability to independently develop programmatic software solutions for novel problems (e.g., C#, C++)
Experience with mathematical modeling and scripting languages (e.g., VBA, Python, Matlab)
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for customer interactions
Ability to travel up to 15%
Legal authorization to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship
Preferred
Experience in the Life Sciences manufacturing industry
Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies
Demonstrated success working collaboratively in both leadership and individual contributor roles
