The Building People are seeking a qualified Mid-Level Application Developer to support immediate IBM Maximo solution delivery as well as other COTS solution technologies. Responsibilities

Provide direct consulting services in assisting with implementation and business transformation as it relates to Maximo for an enterprise solution merging the capabilities of Maximo Application Suite (MAS), Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) and Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
Analyze user requirements to derive software design and code new software or modify existing software to add new features and functionality
Customize and/or Enhance applications, including GUI development/customization, report development, and script development
Data map, manipulate, and migrate various database systems and enterprise applications
Debug software and correct defects to assure quality of deliverables before execution of User Acceptance Testing
Support off-hour and on-call duties, as needed
Participate in planning and requirements gathering sessions
Resolve technical support issues when escalated
Install, configure, and troubleshoot applications in local, staging, and production environments
Manage source code and revisions/changes using GIT and other related technologies
Apply technical knowledge and subject matter experience to complete assigned tasks on time, within budget, and respecting the scope provided
Collaborate with team members on configuration needs
Provide technical leadership on projects
Provide recommendations for improving documentation and software development processes
Communicate and collaborate professionally
Coordinate with other Solution Delivery team members to ensure solutions are developed per customer requirements and specifications
Actively and effectively update task tracking system and knowledge base
Stay current with trends relating to technology and subject matter applicable to the job
Value and protect company, colleague, and customer data
Operate within a NIST 800-171 compliant security environment internally and able to support all client required cyber security data and operational processes
Operate within a home office environment that provides adequate workspace and high-speed internet connectivity

Required

Minimum of 5 years of experience working as an Application Developer
Minimum of 5 years of experience developing within the Maximo application
Minimum of 5 years of experience implementing, deploying and upgrading the Maximo application
Minimum of 5 years of experience working with IBM Maximo Builder Tools (BO /Form /Workflow /Associations etc.) and Integration tools (DI /IO/DC/OSLC)
Minimum of 5 years of experience working with Maximo Workflows and BIRT Reporting
Minimum of 5 years of experience working with one or more industry-leading database platforms, preferably both relational and non-relational systems (DB2 preferred)
Minimum of 5 years of experience with System Development Life Cycle methodologies and/or Software Development Methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban
Proficient in IBM Maximo Development tools
Ability to interpret documented requirements and communicate with technical (software) teams
Ability to work with maintenance technicians, stakeholders, and technical staff
Minimum of 1 year successfully working from home office or remote location, with minimal supervision
Experience with Confluence, SharePoint, Kanban, and other industry tools
Experience in workplace management, facilities assessment and management, lease administration, project management, and/or other real property management
Working knowledge of applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and guidance
Ability to work well in a team-based environment, both within the immediate team and broader group, with the common goal of a successful project
Meet a level of professionalism in both verbal and written communication skills as this role requires daily communication with internal and external project team members
Strong organizational, problem-solving, project management skills
Self-motivated with ability to multi-task and respond quickly
High attention to detail
Ability to operate independently
Ability to prioritize tasks and work in fast-paced environment under pressure
Ability to pivot seamlessly as project requirements and timelines change

US Citizenship
Ability to meet Federal Government and DoD security background checks, HSPD-12, Fingerprinting, plus agency-specific screening
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university

Working knowledge of IBM TRIRIGA, Archibus, ServiceNow, Nuvolo, FM:Systems, or other IWMS/CMMS/EAM software
Previous experience and clearance with the Federal or State government
Working knowledge of jQuery, ExtJs, React, Sencha, APIs, Web Services

Education/Certification in Business Analysis, Scrum/Agile, ITIL, SDLC, Project Management, or Six Sigma
