Responsibilities

Fund cleared correspondent loans ready for purchase

Work collaboratively with internal counterparts and third parties to efficiently fund compliant saleable loans

Review Pay History and loan documentation to accurately compute Purchase Advice and wires for Correspondent Channel

Track Pipeline for new loans through wire completion to ensure wires are ordered accurately and compliantly

Work with warehouses on loans requiring additionally documentation to wire or wire exception requests

Work with Correspondent Clients regarding wire questions or concerns

Work with Correspondent Clients and secondary Team for pricing reconciliation
