Senior Product Manager - VTS Activate Core Experience & Integrations

Responsibilities

Own the core platform roadmap, defining the long-term vision for content, events, and booking experiences
Deliver platform-wide consistency, collaborating across squads to align design systems, shared front-end components, and testing frameworks
Drive integration strategy, developing and maintaining APIs that connect VTS Activate with partner systems such as calendars, CRMs, and payment gateways
Launch new experiences and enhancements that improve usability, engagement, and reliability
Run continuous discovery with tenants, building teams, and internal squads to inform prioritization
Define key success metrics around engagement, performance, and system reliability
Champion compliance and security, ensuring adherence to privacy, accessibility, and data protection standards

Qualification

Required

5+ years of product management experience in SaaS, ideally focused on core platforms or integrations
Experience defining APIs, managing integrations, and enabling platform extensibility
Strong understanding of design systems, front-end frameworks, and UX patterns
Analytical and data-driven approach to decision-making
Excellent collaboration and communication skills across technical and business stakeholders

Preferred

Familiarity with commercial real estate, content management, or event scheduling platforms is a plus
