Responsibilities
Lead the ATE development (HW and SW) for complex RF ICs on Teradyne UltraFLEX
Jointly develop test plans with cross functional teams to optimize test coverage while minimizing test cost
Lead the characterization of RF ICs on ATE
Lead ATE-to-bench correlation activities on critical parameters
Collaborate closely with development team to define DFT, develop new test methods, and debug silicon issues
Work with design engineering to ensure testability of new devices
Drive test time reduction, increased site count/throughput, and yield enhancement activities
Develop complete ATE Qualification, Characterization, and Production RF test programs
Design multi-site device interface boards to optimally test RF devices
Regularly and clearly update core team and management on ATE development status
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related field, or equivalent
12+ years of experience in test development for RF semiconductor devices
Proven track record of delivering robust RF IC test solutions for complex products in semiconductor industry
Hands on experience with Teradyne UltraFLEX Platform (preferred) or Advantest 93K SOC
Experience with system test, troubleshooting and root cause analysis
Deep knowledge of MBIST, JTAG, SCAN and IDDQ, including vector translation from standard formats to ATE environment
Deep understanding of system level RF parametric (power, sensitivity, EVM, etc.) and the impact they have on the overall system
Experience with regression testing and ability to track issues through product cycles
No travel required
Preferred
Hands on experience with Teradyne UltraFLEX Platform (preferred) or Advantest 93K SOC
