Responsibilities
Oversee planning and execution of audit, review, and compilation engagements, ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality standards
Maintain regular communication with Partners regarding work progress and address any client issues promptly
Manage firm risk effectively during audits and proposal processes, while staying on budget
Cultivate positive relationships with clients through proactive communication and engagement with client personnel
Train and mentor team members to ensure high-quality work, streamline processes, and foster professional growth
Lead firm-wide training initiatives to foster the professional development and efficiency of staff
Monitor profitability and staff utilization across all engagements to optimize resource allocation
Engage in business development efforts to expand the firm's client base and promote its services
Identify opportunities to offer additional value-added services to clients, enhancing profitability, efficiency, and risk management
Stay abreast of industry developments, regulatory changes, and emerging trends in auditing practices
Qualification
Required
8+ years of public accounting experience, including at least 4 years in a managerial role
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field required
Proficiency in managing teams across various engagements
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on client responsiveness
Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills
Demonstrated teamwork and leadership skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Preferred
CPA preferred
Knowledge of Caseware/Caseview is a plus
