Outside Sales Representative
Applied Industrial Technologies is a leading process flow control company with a rich history of success. They are seeking a Technical Outside Sales Representative to establish and expand relationships with customers in the Greater Tampa Bay/Southern Gulf Coast area, focusing on providing comprehensive solutions to meet customer needs.

Responsibilities
Retain existing customers for repeat business while developing new customers for growth
Successfully learn and sell company products and services to customers
Provide technical and application consultative services
Be a competitive, strategic, highly organized, and technically savvy opportunity hunter in your approach to managing your territory
Maintain sales records, pipeline reporting, and generate relevant sales and market reports on a quarterly, annual, and as needed basis
Responsible for helping set sales target goals and marketing strategy
Qualification
Required
Proven outside sales professional background in the industrial marketplace
Self-motivated & aggressive in sales tactics and strategies; desire to close sales
Mechanically inclined with a strong desire to learn
Computer proficiency including MS Office, Epicor P21 a plus!
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in Industrial Distribution, Engineering & Management, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering, or Sales/Marketing; equivalent experience may be substituted for degree requirement
