They are seeking a Medical Director to oversee the medical and psychiatric components of their Assertive Community Treatment Team (ACTT), delivering direct psychiatric care and ensuring compliance with medical services.

Responsibilities

Provide medical leadership and consultation to ACTT team members

Supervise and support mid-level prescribers, particularly in medication management and psychiatric treatment planning

Collaborate with agency leadership and ACTT team leads to ensure fidelity to ACTT standards and clinical best practices

Attend and contribute to daily team meetings to support client-centered care coordination

Accurately document services and treatment plans in the agency's Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system

Ensure compliance with all training, documentation, and regulatory requirements

Participate in the ongoing development of program procedures and service quality initiatives
