Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and analyze project budgets, forecasts, and cost reports for construction projects
Track labor, materials, subcontractor, and equipment costs against project budgets and schedules
Collaborate with project managers and site leadership to ensure accurate and timely cost capture
Support job costing, variance analysis, and earned value tracking to monitor project financial health
Develop and maintain detailed project schedules in collaboration with operations and planning teams
Evaluate and update schedule progress, identifying risks and recovery plans as needed
Prepare regular cost and schedule reports for leadership and client review
Ensure consistency between financial systems and scheduling tools to support accurate forecasting and decision-making
Partner with procurement and finance to align purchase orders, invoices, and commitments with project budgets
Support month-end close processes, including journal entries, accruals, and reconciliation of project financials
Assist in the development of standardized costing models and templates to improve efficiency across projects
Participate in strategic reviews to support continuous improvement in cost and schedule performance

Required

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Construction Management, or Engineering required
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in project finance, cost control, or scheduling within construction or manufacturing industries
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, ERP systems (e.g., Paylocity, Viewpoint, or SAP), and scheduling software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project)
Strong understanding of construction job costing, earned value management, and project lifecycle budgeting
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively with both finance and operations teams
Detail-oriented and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines

Preferred

Experience in the construction industry or project-based environment preferred (Semiconductor, high purity piping a plus)
