Marketing & Sales Consultant
San Diego Infusion Center (SDIC) is a privately owned provider of outpatient infusion therapy for non-oncologic conditions. They are seeking an experienced Marketing & Sales Consultant to craft and execute a comprehensive outreach and growth plan to increase patient volume and establish referral relationships in the healthcare ecosystem.

Responsibilities
Design and implement a 5-year growth and outreach strategy aligned with SDIC’s expansion goals
Identify and engage referral sources including hospital discharge teams, overcrowded hospital systems, specialty clinics, and private practices
Build strategic alliances with pharmaceutical companies to drive patient referrals and enhance clinical collaboration
Develop marketing materials and campaigns that communicate the value of SDIC’s alternative care model to both providers and patients
Serve as SDIC’s external representative in the healthcare community, attending relevant events and establishing new partnerships
Track and report on outreach performance, referral trends, and ROI of growth initiatives
Qualification
Required
Proven track record in healthcare marketing, sales, or business development—ideally in outpatient care, specialty pharma, or infusion services
Strong understanding of the local San Diego healthcare landscape
Experience working with hospitals, clinics, and/or pharma stakeholders to build referral networks
Strategic thinker who can develop high-level plans and execute on the ground
Excellent relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills
Comfortable in a contract/consultant capacity with the ability to work independently and report outcomes
