Responsibilities

Managing and developing a team of high-performing Mid Market and Enterprise Account Executives
Setting an overall strategy to achieve strong growth within the Americas
Building relationships with internal business partners including Sales peers and leaders, Marketing, Sales Ops, Recruiting and Executives
Hiring, developing, managing and motivating a team of hunter Account Executives selling into new accounts
Supporting key in flight sales opportunities by offering executive alignment
Implementing the vision for change/impact that you have developed
Setting expectations with senior sales management through timely and accurate forecasting, pipeline and sales activity reporting
Continuing to be a mentor and leader by supporting sales professionals during any stage of the sales cycle: lead generation, qualification, evaluation, and close
Developing a revenue plan that supports further expansion

Required

BS/BA
5+ years of field sales management experience, with strong experience and demonstrable success through managing teams selling cloud based enterprise applications
Experience closing and leading teams closing mid market and large enterprise deals
Experience working with regional and global systems integrators and technology partners like KPMG, Salesforce.com, Oracle and Workday
Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding quota
Strong leadership qualities and the ability to coach, develop and inspire a team
Ability to work effectively within a matrixed organization and to establish strong relationships across all functions
Must be able to thrive in a very fast paced and evolving environment
Excellent presentation and listening skills, as well as written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
A student of sales, marketing and analytics
Intellectual curiosity and a desire to grow the business
High energy and a positive attitude a must

Preferred

Prior experience in a consultative SaaS environment strongly preferred
