The Inventory Specialist will be responsible for executing and analyzing inventory transactions, overseeing cycle count programs, and assisting with the daily logistics of receiving, picking, packaging, and shipping parts.

Responsibilities
Do physical counts and create reports to track results
Use count results to identify root cause issues that will drive process optimization and accountability
Unload trucks and receive material into inventory
Pick, package and ship parts using Fed Ex Software
Qualification
Required
High School Degree or GED required
1+ years of forklift experience required
ERP/WMS Experience required
Basic computer skills required
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential
Effective time management, problem-solving and decision-making skills
Ability to work independently but also have a strong drive to be a team player
Highly motivated with a demonstrated passion for excellence, high level of accuracy and attention to detail required
Strong interpersonal communication skills in writing, over the phone, and in-person
Ability to work with all customers in a positive and courteous manner consistently
Ability to multi-task and excel in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs. frequently throughout the workday
Ability to bend, kneel and stand on a regular basis throughout the work day
Preferred
Familiarity with cycle count procedures
Oracle experience would be a plus
Familiarity with dimensional drawings
