Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for data science initiatives aligned with business goals

Lead cross-functional teams in building predictive models, machine learning algorithms, and AI-driven solutions

Evaluate third party partnerships and use cases for feasibility and financial viability with an eye toward speedy execution

Champion data governance, quality, and ethical use of AI across the organization

Translate complex data insights into actionable business strategies for stakeholders

Foster a culture of experimentation, continuous learning, and innovation

Required

Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field or 15+ years of experience in data science and analytics, with at least 10 years in leadership roles

Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), & data engineering

Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and strategic thinking skills
