Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end program management for multiple technical initiatives
Collaborate with engineering, product, design, and business teams to define scope, goals, and deliverables
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies
Identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and ensure program alignment with business objectives
Drive agile/scrum practices and continuous improvement across teams
Track progress and report on key metrics to stakeholders and leadership
Facilitate effective communication and coordination across global teams
Manage dependencies and ensure alignment across multiple projects and teams
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
Extensive experience in technical program or project management
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), agile methodologies, and DevOps practices
Proven ability to manage large-scale, cross-functional programs
Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, Asana, or similar
Preferred
PMP, PMI-ACP, or Scrum certifications
Experience in cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Background in product development or engineering
