Agile Product Owner Level 3 or 4
Northrop Grumman is a leader in technological advancements and is seeking an Agile Product Owner – Level 3 or 4 to join their team in Aurora, CO. This role involves working within the Space Sector to support a critical national security mission, requiring collaboration with agile scrum teams and contributing to software development efforts.

Responsibilities
Support a critical national security mission that is both in development and operations
Work with software developers organized into agile scrum teams each with Product Owners and Scrum Masters
Identify and propose improvement ideas in technology, process, architecture, or tooling
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Science with 5+ years of software development experience; 3+ years with a Master's; an additional 4 years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
Bachelor's degree in Science with 8+ years of software development experience; 5+ years with a Master's; an additional 4 years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
Requires an active Top-Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) clearance at time of application
Ability to pass a Counterintelligence Polygraph (CI-Poly) (not required to start)
Experience with Agile principles, processes, and tools
Prior experience as a Software Engineer developing applications in Java
Preferred
Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or similar
Prior completed Counterintelligence Polygraph (CI-Poly)
Prior experience as a Product Owner and/or Scrum Master
Experience developing front-end applications in two or more of the following: Typescript, React, Lit, Node.js, Angular
Experience developing applications in a containerized architecture using Docker and Kubernetes
Experience developing applications on a Linux/Unix operating system
Ability to effectively communicate and present to program management and customers
Ability to effectively write technical documentation
A drive to share knowledge, mentor, and work in a collaborative environment
Strong analytical, problem-solving, testing, and troubleshooting skills
Expertise in designing, analyzing, and troubleshooting large-scale distributed software systems
Active Security+ (or similar) certification
Ability to travel (very limited, up to 10%)
