Associate Account Manager, Megapack Sales, Distributed Energy
Tesla is a leading company in the renewable energy sector, and they are seeking an Associate Account Manager for their Megapack Sales Team. This role involves supporting the sales of Tesla's Battery Energy Storage System, managing customer relationships, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure successful project execution.

Responsibilities
Represent Tesla to customers, partners, and industry stakeholders to support the sales process
Provide critical support throughout the sales cycle, including organization, customer engagement, and technical/economic analysis to meet targeted product volume or revenue goals
Generate high-quality, accurate quotes and project proposals aligned with customer requirements and Tesla's strategic objectives
Support an existing team of Megapack sales leads with internal CRM upkeep, contract generation, verification, and pipeline reporting
Assist senior sales leaders in managing a project pipeline of short, medium, and long-term opportunities across diverse customers, project types, and markets
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales goals and ensure project alignment
Provide regular reporting to management as required
Qualification
Required
Minimum 2-3 years of work experience in the renewable energy or power sector
Experience in sales or business development in a customer-facing role
Working knowledge of battery systems, renewable power, and grid markets
Hands-on experience in contract negotiation or management in energy storage or renewables
Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate cross-functionally in fast-paced settings
Strong analytical and quantitative skills in complex price models, project economics, and risk analysis
Ability and flexibility to travel periodically
