Responsibilities
Lead the design and implementation of highly complex full-stack software projects that advance the state of behavioral health technology
Mentor junior engineers and peers, providing leadership in technical growth and excellence within the team
Develop and drive technical strategies that align with NeuroFlow's long-term objectives, ensuring the robustness and scalability of software solutions
Champion innovation by introducing advanced methodologies and technologies, enhancing product capabilities and performance
Collaborate across departments to align engineering initiatives with business goals, making significant contributions to company strategy and leadership decisions
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 5-7 years of professional experience in full-stack web development
Deep expertise in object-oriented programming with C#, advanced skills in TypeScript, and significant experience with .NET Framework or .NET 5+
Proficiency in leading front-end technologies and frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue
Expertise in designing and implementing complex backend APIs and services using .NET Framework or .NET 5+
Strong background in working with ORMs and databases (e.g., nHibernate, Entity Framework, SQL Server)
Proficient in writing sophisticated unit, integration, and UI automation tests
Experience in continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) using tools like GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps
Experience with migrating towards or maintaining existing software containerization and orchestration with Docker and Kubernetes
United States Citizenship

Preferred
Experience with cloud architectures on platforms like AWS or Azure
Familiarity with healthcare interoperability standards such as HL7 and FHIR
Familiarity with building integrations with EHRs
