Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood is a world-renowned entertainment and hospitality destination. The Entertainment & Lodging Specialist is responsible for maximizing revenue and managing inventory for Player Development, focusing on hotel rooms, dining, events, and programming.

Responsibilities
Under the direction of the Senior Vice President of Player Development, the incumbent is responsible for maximizing revenue, monitoring inventory management, and evaluating supply and demand of all Player Development inventory
Partner and collaborate with cross functional teams such as Hotel VIP Services, Marketing, Database Management, Food & Beverage, Hard Rock Live, Property Analytics and Corporate Analytics to collect, analyze and interpret data for strategic decisions
Deliver strategic insights to refine targeting criteria and utilize the most effective marketing channels to engage key audience segments
Optimize revenue for all, yielded casino marketing events including suites, show tickets, tournaments, and any other limited resource incentive
Strategically allocate unmanaged hotel suites, theater/entertainment suites, and off-property venue suites by evaluating casino gaming activity and matching the right customers to the most suitable accommodation
Ability to analyze large data sets and identify trends allowing for accurate predictive demand
Monitor all active casino events and programs and make data driven recommendations for changes to program/event criteria
Must be able to work in a fast-paced, frequently changing environment
Exhibit conduct in accordance with all Gaming Commission Regulations and Seminole Tribe of Florida departmental policies and procedures
Demonstrate a commitment to ensuring all compliance rules and regulations are adhered to including, but not limited to Anti Money Laundering, CTR Reporting, local gaming regulations, and responsible alcohol service
Demonstrate actions and behaviors that reinforce the Company’s Mission and Values of Communication, Integrity, Fun, Respect, Accountability, Passion, and Dedication
Ensure prompt and discreet notification to management and/or the Ethics Hotline of any observation of illegal acts or internal ethics violations
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent required
Two (2) years of analytic experience required
Experience in using desktop computers, MS Office applications, and casino software applications for player tracking and reporting data
Must be able to speak, read, and write fluently in English
As part of Seminole Gaming's employment process, final candidates will be required to obtain gaming licensure by completing a background check with Seminole Gaming Compliance and Regulations, prior to an offer being extended
These background checks may include, but are not limited to: Credit Check, Criminal Background Check, Drug Screen
