ATC is seeking a Financial Controller / Analyst to manage financial operations and ensure compliance with accounting standards. The role involves overseeing accounting operations, supporting financial analysis and reporting, and collaborating with senior leadership on budgeting and forecasting.

Responsibilities

Oversee all accounting operations, including the preparation of financial statements, balance sheets, and cash flow management

Manage month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting

Monitor and analyze financial data to provide insights and recommendations to management for strategic decision-making

Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal financial regulations and accounting standards

Collaborate with the CFO on budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning

Implement and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and prevent fraud

Manage accounts payable and receivable functions, payroll processing, and tax preparation

Coordinate annual audits and liaise with external auditors

Support cost reduction initiatives and monitor business performance metrics

Prepare ad-hoc financial reports and analysis as requested by senior leadership
