3+ years expATC is seeking a Network Support Analyst to enhance the tech infrastructure at the Little Rock Convention & Visitors Bureau. This role involves ensuring the smooth operation of various systems, supporting network hardware and software installations, and maintaining technology for optimal performance.

Responsibilities
Must be available to respond to emergency calls outside of normal working hours to include nights, weekends, and holidays, as required
Routine monitoring and mitigation tasks for maximum network availability
Ensuring the smooth operation of data, voice, video/digital signage, and wireless systems
Work directly with the LRCVB Network Administrator to assist with core network hardware and software installations and upgrades
Reporting and supporting high-speed Wi-Fi, innovative digital signage, and state-of-the-art security monitoring systems
Qualification
Required
Associate's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Network Engineering or a related area
Three (3) years of related experience in maintaining network connected devices and systems
Three (3) years of experience in the maintenance and repair of voice and data communications (VoIP) networks
Two (2) years of experience in IP addressing, TCP/IP, and Windows OS on work stations and servers
Experience with protocols for SIP and PRI trunks
Experience in the installation and maintenance of voice and data telecommunications equipment, systems, and servers
Equivalent combinations of relevant education, certification and experience will be considered
