Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities

Provide a consistent legendary experience which includes uncovering customer's needs in a customer-centric manner and offering solutions of various bank products and services to meet customer's financial needs
Accurately and efficiently process customer transactions through account opening and account maintenance of both personal and business accounts
Assist branch with achieving goals
Refer customers to experts when more complex financial goals and needs are recognized
Achieve required levels of outbound phone calls to customers to help grow and retain relationships
Participate in on-going training and development
Conduct relationships and activates consistent with established bank policies, procedures and systems, the corporate Code of Conduct, Bank Secrecy Act and all applicable State and Federal laws and regulations

Required

Assist in resolving customer sales and service inquiries that leads to improved satisfaction and sales

Ability and desire to represent Central Bank in the community in a positive and professional manner

Preferred

Customer service in banking or other similar field preferred or equivalent combination of education, training and experience that demonstrates the required knowledge, skills and abilities
