Manage all phases of litigation: pleadings, motions, discovery, and depositions
Collaborate directly with clients, experts, and opposing counsel
Analyze and evaluate complex factual and legal issues
Contribute to trial and arbitration preparation (motions, briefs, exhibits, witness prep)
Qualification
Required
3–5+ years of litigation experience (insurance or ERISA a plus)
Strong writing, research, and analytical skills
Motivated self-starter who thrives in a remote, team-oriented setting
Active California Bar membership required
