Conduct plan design analysis and competitive benchmarking

Manage vendor relationships and develop bid specifications

Analyze proposals and present findings to clients

Understand client culture, financial climate, and business needs

Address escalated client and employee service issues

Possess effective communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Insurance

Active Life and Health License required with solid employee benefits experience, preferably at a broker

Strong financial acumen, technical skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office

Excellent communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities

Highly motivated, confident, and driven with a strong work ethic

Commitment to honesty, integrity, and exceptional customer service

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and prioritize effectively
