Responsibilities
Modernize and migrate legacy systems into GoldKey
Ensure compliance with impervious surface, environmental, and historical review regulations
Embed impervious surface workflows into permitting systems
Implement workload automation features to improve operational efficiency
Build and integrate Windows/web applications using C#, .NET, and REST/SOAP services
Develop SQL queries, stored procedures, and database structures in Oracle
Implement MVC architecture for robust, secure software solutions
Create SSIS packages and SSRS reports for ETL and data visualization tasks
Collaborate with analysts, engineers, and county vendors to deliver scalable applications
Support ECM integration, online submissions, payment systems, and invoicing features
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field
5+ years of experience with C#, .NET Framework, MVC
Proficiency in JavaScript and jQuery
Strong expertise in Oracle PL/SQL and query optimization
Experience with Windows applications, web services, authentication mechanisms
Prior success implementing SSIS/SSRS solutions
Experience with large system modernization and application integrations
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred
Background working in government environments preferred
