Responsibilities

Manage a small to medium Client Processing team handling all aspects of client accounts, including solicitation, inquiries, transactional processing, and problem resolution
Oversee daily transactional workflow within the team, aligning resources through other managers or professionals to complete daily tasks efficiently
Recruit, direct, motivate, and develop staff to maximize individual contributions, professional growth, and effective team collaboration
Lead and execute daily liquidity and funds control activities — ensuring accuracy, control, and timely settlement across global payment flows
Partner with Technology, Treasury, and Operations to enhance real-time liquidity visibility, forecasting accuracy, and intraday funding efficiency
Use data to tell the story — uncover trends, highlight risks, and drive automation and standardization initiatives
Oversee reconciliations, cash forecasting, exception management, and intraday liquidity monitoring across the Americas
Embed governance, risk, and compliance standards into every process, ensuring audit readiness and robust controls
Develop and mentor talent, fostering an accountable, high-performance culture that thrives under pressure

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
5-7 years of total work experience preferred, including 0-1 years in management
Prior experience with SWIFT messaging highly preferred
Familiarity with Microsoft Applications, specifically SharePoint
Deep experience in Liquidity Operations, Funds Control, or Treasury Operations within an investment banking or global payments environment
Strong knowledge of Liquidity Direct, Indirect flows, CFC, and GFC frameworks
Proven ability to lead teams AND roll up your sleeves to tackle operational challenges head-on
Expertise in payment flows, Nostro accounts, intraday liquidity, cash forecasting, and reconciliation systems (TLM, SWIFT, etc.)
Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
Risk awareness, ownership mentality, and ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
