Responsibilities

Define system power and thermal requirements
Develop and maintain system power models
Define power states, thermal management strategy, and related SoC/FW requirements
Conduct power and thermal characterization and validation during bring-up and qualification
Perform failure analysis in development, qualification, and RMA phases

Required

Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in EE, ECE, E&I, VLSI, or other relevant field
13+ years (BS), 10+ years (MS), or 8+ years (PhD) experience in NAND flash–based or related system design
Experience in system power and thermal management design
Proven experience leading products/projects and managing stakeholders

Preferred

Knowledge of programming in high-level languages (e.g. C, C++, Python)
Knowledge of AI server hardware/software frameworks
Experience with flows and toolchains for system characterization and production testing
Familiarity with PCIe, Toggle Mode/ONFI, and other high-speed interfaces
