Process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures
Perform day-to-day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting, and recording accounts payable data
Reconcile the accounts payable ledger to ensure accurate and timely payments
Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date
Qualification
Required
Proven work experience as an Accounts Payable Clerk or a similar role
Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word
Knowledge of basic accounting principles
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
