Responsibilities
Concept and design interactive experiences for web and event environments
Build out creative materials across diverse formats, including HTML5 ads, landing pages, full custom web builds, and interactive screens and experiences for events
Ensure visual consistency and impeccable quality across deliverables by adhering to brand guidelines and refining every detail
Collaborate with developers, art directors, and project managers to prototype and launch digital products and installations
Ready final files for digital and print production, ensuring technical precision and on-time delivery
Organically mentor (with potential to manage) fellow designers and help drive a culture of endless learning
Qualification
Required
Proficiency across the Adobe Creative Suite
Skills in Figma to create landing pages or full web builds, with an elevated touch for UI, and microanimations
Ability to talk clients and cross-departmental teams through designs with confidence and rationale
5+ years of experience as a designer
Multidisciplinary skills in design, including knowledge of InDesign and presentation decks
Sharp eye for consistency, catching the smallest errors before they take flight
Ability to pivot with agility and balance efficiency with top-tier quality
Fingers on emerging tech (AR, AI, spatial design) and how it enhances storytelling
Preferred
Entry-level Motion Skills: micro-animation skills that level up how our sites move and engage
